Seasonal Guest Experience Supervisor
Seasonal: June – November
We’re looking for a hands-on, organized supervisor to help lead our Agri-tourism operations during the busy harvest season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting teams, maintaining high standards, keeping a fast-paced operation running smoothly and someone who takes pride in creating positive experiences for both guests and coworkers.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the planning, setup & preparations, daily operations and take-down of tourism activities and seasonal events.
- Help create welcoming, memorable guest experiences for visitors of all ages
- Oversee and support seasonal tourism staff by setting expectations, maintaining standards and helping the team operate efficiently during busy days
- Lead by example by jumping in wherever needed during busy operations
- Monitor guest areas, staffing flow and operational needs through the day to ensure a consistent, organized guest experience
- Assist guests with questions, concerns and problem-solving in a calm and professional manner
- Support school tours, special events, u-pick operations and other seasonal attractions
- Assist with daily cash-outs and retail operations as needed
- Work closely with managers and fellow team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Contribute ideas and solutions to help improve operations and guest experiences

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising staff or leading a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Retail and POS experience
- Valid driver’s license and comfortable operating standard farm vehicles such as tractors and ATVs
- Standard First Aid certification required
- Food Safe Level 1 certification is considered an asset
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders and remain active throughout the workday
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Schedule & Seasonal Expectations
Training and setup hours will begin on a part-time basis during June and July. During peak harvest season (August through October), this role transitions into full-time hours including mandatory weekends, which are our busiest and most exciting guest days.
While flexibility during peak season is limited, schedules are planned and communicated early to allow supervisors to organize personal commitments in advance.
This is a seasonal position with opportunities for returning staff wage increases and expanded leadership responsibilities for the right candidate. Team members who demonstrate initiative, leadership and strong performance are often given opportunities to grow within the business.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 24–40 per week
Work Location: In person, Abbotsford BC (please note there is no public transportation to our location. You will need to have access to your own vehicle)
