The Applebarn is a fun, fall-themed venue to host parties. We promise the adults will have
just as much fun as the kids!
We have a party area, with covered tables, that is well-suited for self-hosted, smaller parties — especially birthdays! You are welcome to bring your own decor and food.
Birthday Party Area Rental
- Two picnic tables in a tent-covered semi-private area. Maximum capacity is two birthdays in the same area.
- Provide a birthday hostess as we do not lend staff members to host parties.
- Bring your own decor and food or buy from our concession stand! Note: we don’t allow BBQs and power is unavailable.
- Option to purchase apple (in September and October) or pumpkin (in October) vouchers to give to your guests. Choose any value you like.
- Option to purchase guest admission passes to the Applebarn attractions as they are not included in the rental rates.
- You can arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time, to purchase Applebarn passes (to avoid over/under purchasing) and set up, and also stay 15 minutes after the event is over. Please ensure that the area is left as it was when you arrived (garbage bags and recycling placed in designated bins).
- Please dress for the weather and remind your guests. We stay open, rain or shine!
Payment Information and Cancellation Policy
- Rate is $80.00, plus GST, for 1.5 hours.
- Full rental fees are due upon booking. Our booking agent will be in touch to secure payment.
- Cancellation policy: We require 10 days notice prior to the event date. Payment is then non-refundable, regardless of the weather.
- Come to the Country Store and make payment at the farm. We accept credit cards ( to be processed in person or over the phone), Interac, cash or e-transfers.
- All bookings and payments must go through our booking agent directly who will secure your chosen payment option. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 604. 853. 3108 to book your party and arrange payment!
