No, the butterflies are live creatures and must be picked up this weekend. We are not able to hold them for you and will release them ourselves if they are not picked up by the end of the day on Sunday. There are no refund or credits on any portion of this event.
Butterflies need sun and warmth to be released. If the weather is not ideal, we will still send you home with the butterflies to be released at a later date when the weather is better. The butterflies can survive in the fridge with food for a few days. You will be given written instructions in the event it is cool or rainy on the release date. Don’t worry, its simple!
The farm still runs rain or shine, so even if the butterflies can’t be released, you’ll still be able to stay and enjoy the other farm activities like Farmville.
